X. Governing Law
Our Terms shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Ontario, Canada, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be dealt with by way of mediation and in the event that two rounds of mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be dealt with by way of binding arbitration.
